TCPA Consent & Disclosure
This page explains the express written consent you provide when submitting your information to eMavio, and how licensed agents may contact you.
Express written consent
When you submit your contact information through an eMavio quote request, you provide prior express written consent for eMavio and one or more licensed insurance agents, brokers, agencies, and their marketing partners to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide.
You agree that this contact may be made:
- By telephone call, text message (SMS/MMS), email, or postal mail
- Using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), an artificial or prerecorded voice, or ringless voicemail
- Even if your number is registered on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call registry
- For marketing purposes related to health, Medicare, life, ACA, dental, vision, and related insurance products
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive any goods or services.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges will apply for calls.
How to opt out
You may revoke consent at any time:
- Calls: Ask any caller to add you to their internal Do Not Call list, or contact us using the details below.
- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from that sender. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- All eMavio contact: Submit a request through our [Do Not Sell or Share](/legal/do-not-sell) page.
Revoking consent will not affect messages already sent and may take a reasonable period to take effect across all downstream partners.
Records
We retain a record of your consent, including the timestamp, IP address, and the version of the form and disclosures shown to you at the time of submission. We may share this record with buyers of your lead so they can demonstrate compliance.
Governing law
Consent is governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations, along with applicable state telemarketing laws.
