This website is operated by eMavio, a marketing and lead-generation service that connects U.S. consumers with independent, state-licensed insurance agents. eMavio is not an insurance company, agent, broker, or producer. eMavio does not sell insurance, provide insurance quotes, determine plan eligibility, or enroll consumers in any plan.

eMavio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier, the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal Medicare program, Medicaid, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or HealthCare.gov. All plan information, benefit descriptions, and enrollment assistance are provided by independent licensed agents.

What eMavio is

eMavio is a consumer lead-generation and matching platform. We help consumers who are shopping for health, Medicare, ACA, life, dental, vision, and related insurance connect with licensed insurance producers.

What eMavio is not

eMavio is not:

A licensed insurance producer, agent, agency, or broker
An insurance carrier or health plan
A federal or state government agency, exchange, or Marketplace
Affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any federal or state government agency

eMavio does not sell insurance, quote binding rates, enroll consumers in plans, or make coverage recommendations. All insurance transactions occur between the consumer and a properly licensed producer or carrier.

Producers who use eMavio

Producers, agencies, and brokers who use eMavio to purchase leads represent to us that they hold all resident and non-resident insurance licenses required to solicit and sell insurance in the states where their leads reside. This is a condition of using our platform. See the Lead Buyer Agreement.

Consumer notice

You are not required to purchase insurance through any agent contacted through eMavio. You may shop with any licensed producer or directly through the federal or state Marketplace (Healthcare.gov or your state exchange) or Medicare.gov.
