Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during active periods (e.g., open enrollment).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. eMavio does not charge you to receive messages. Your carrier's standard rates apply.

Supported carriers

Supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their prepaid brands. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us via the Contact page.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that specific sender. You will receive a single confirmation message.
To opt out of all eMavio and partner messaging, submit a request via the Do Not Sell or Share page.
