This page lists the categories of parties that may receive information submitted through eMavio, so you can make an informed decision before consenting.

Who receives your information

When you submit a quote request through eMavio, your information may be shared with one or more of the following categories of parties, all for the purpose of helping you obtain the insurance product(s) you inquired about:

Licensed insurance agents and brokers in your state
Licensed insurance agencies, including national and regional agencies
Insurance carriers and their authorized field marketing organizations
Marketing partners that provide quote matching, plan comparison, or enrollment support
Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, phone/SMS delivery, fraud prevention)

The specific companies we work with change over time. Because our partner list is dynamic, we describe the categories of recipients here rather than a static company list. A current list of active partners is available on request via the [Contact page](/contact) — select "Marketing partner list."

What they receive

Partners typically receive:

Your name, phone number, email, ZIP code / state
The coverage type(s) you requested
Household and eligibility information you provided
A record of your consent

Partners are contractually required to:

Hold appropriate insurance licenses
Comply with TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and our [Lead Buyer Agreement](/legal/lead-buyer-agreement)
Honor your opt-out requests

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by using our [Do Not Sell or Share](/legal/do-not-sell) page. You may also ask any calling agent to add you to their internal Do Not Call list.
