• Use bots, scrapers, headless browsers, or unauthorized APIs to submit, harvest, or extract data
• Attempt to access accounts, dashboards, or data that do not belong to you
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without written permission
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service
• Send spam, malware, phishing, or unlawful content through any messaging feature
• Use leads or platform data in violation of the [Lead Buyer Agreement](/legal/lead-buyer-agreement), TCPA, or applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Impersonate any person, agency, or brand
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, filters, or paywalls
• Use eMavio to develop a competing lead marketplace

Enforcement

eMavio may investigate, remove content, disable accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement in its sole discretion.
